JEREMY SHACKLE
PRINCIPAL
Jeremy Shackle is the founder and principal of Consultancy 619, LLC. Formerly a senior director at one of the largest EB-5 regional center operators, he was involved in more than $500 million of investment across multiple sectors. Jeremy is an expert business analyst, financial modeler, and business plan writer who has led the production of offering documents for more than three dozen EB-5 investment funds. As head of compliance for a group of 15 regional centers with more than 150 projects and 2,300 investors, he was the principal author of the firm’s policy manual and led the team that retooled the firm’s affiliation business to operate under strict new regulations enacted in 2022. Jeremy’s career in real estate and finance spans nearly three decades and includes the management of more than $150 million of new development projects in the U.S. and Latin America, real estate debt originations, and consulting. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a post-baccalaureate certificate in Finance from the University of California at San Diego.
